Fall never seems to come soon enough for my Autumn loving heart. Yep, I’m the southern mama cranking down the air conditioning and pulling out the sweaters while packing away 4th of July buntings.

This doesn’t mean I have a lot of extra time to spend decorating for the most beautiful time of year though. With a full time job, full time business of my own, and a side hustle involving a lot of spreadsheets – because I get bored easily – I need to get the decorating done quickly and keep moving. And, it’s easier than ever to make the leap into Fall in your home.

Fall décor colors used to be limited to green, brown, orange, yellow, and red but not any more. You can play it cool with muted blues and greens, get toasty with burnt orange and deep mustard, or go totally neutral with gorgeous woodsy browns and heavenly creams. Of course, I’m a sucker for anything gold or bronze and the more antiqued the better. I’m currently swooning over a pair of bronze pheasants I spotted in a magazine while standing in line at the grocery – but, I’m getting off track.

Here are my 6 quick and easy steps to give my home that cozy fall feeling. You will love how easy it can be to welcome family and friends with simple décor that gives them all the magical autumn tingles.
